Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-04-26
Motorcade19 LLC (“Motorcade19,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you book or inquire about chauffeured transportation, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Data Controller
The data controller responsible for personal information collected through this site and our booking platform is Motorcade19 LLC, a Michigan limited liability company with its registered office at P.O. Box 17, New Buffalo, MI 49117. For any privacy-related question, request, or complaint, contact us at admin@motorcade19llc.com. Motorcade19 LLC determines the purposes and means of processing personal data described in this Privacy Policy and is the entity accountable for that processing under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
Information we collect
When you book or interact with our services, we collect:
- Identity & contact: name, phone number, email address.
- Reservation details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passenger and infant counts, occasion type, special requests, and (for airport service) airline and flight number.
- Payment information: processed by Square. Motorcade19 does not store full card numbers; only a tokenized payment reference and the last four digits are retained for receipts and dispute resolution.
- Account information: if you create an account, we store your email, hashed password (handled by Firebase Authentication), and saved preferences.
- Trip telemetry: for active reservations, GPS location of the assigned vehicle is collected by dispatch for routing and safety purposes. This data is retained for 30 days after trip completion.
How we use your information
- To provide, dispatch, and bill the service you requested.
- To contact you about your reservation (confirmations, chauffeur details, schedule changes).
- To comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
- To improve our service and resolve disputes.
Service providers
We use the following third parties to operate the service. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments:
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, hosting.
- Square, Inc. — payment processing.
- Google Maps — geocoding and route estimation.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the chauffeur assigned to your reservation (limited to what is necessary for pickup), the service providers listed above, and where required by law.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Trip and booking records — including pickup and dropoff locations, dates, vehicles assigned, payment confirmation identifiers, and invoicing data — are retained for seven (7) years following the trip date in order to satisfy IRS recordkeeping expectations and to support tax, accounting, audit, insurance, and legal-defense needs. Marketing email lists are retained until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed from active sending and kept only on a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you again. If you delete your account, your profile information (name, login credentials, saved preferences) is removed; however, completed bookings, payment confirmations, and related financial records remain in our systems for the seven-year retention window above, because they are financial records we are required to preserve. Trip GPS telemetry is retained for 30 days after the trip ends.
Cookies
Motorcade19 uses only essential cookies. These include an authentication session cookie set by Firebase Authentication so you can stay signed in to your account, and a small preference cookie that remembers your selected language (English, Spanish, or French). We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies in our default configuration. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so will sign you out and reset your language preference but will not affect your bookings or account data stored on our servers.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:

- The right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
Motorcade19 does not sell your personal information and does not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We are required to disclose this right regardless.
