Data Privacy

This page describes the technical and operational measures Motorcade19 LLC applies to personal data, and the rights available to you over your data. It complements our broader Privacy Policy.

Where your data lives

Personal data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore + Cloud Storage) hosted in Google Cloud’s us-central1 region. Payment data is tokenized by Square and never touches Motorcade19’s servers in raw form.

Encryption

  • In transit: all communication between your browser, our app, and our backend uses TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • At rest: Firebase data is encrypted at rest using Google-managed encryption keys (AES-256).

Access controls

Access to customer data is limited to:

  • Authorized Motorcade19 staff using individual accounts with multi-factor authentication.
  • The chauffeur assigned to your specific reservation, who sees only the contact and routing details required for that trip.
  • Square (payment processor) and Google (infrastructure provider), bound by their respective data-processing agreements.

Retention

  • Reservations & invoices: 7 years (tax / accounting requirement).
  • Account profile: until you request deletion, then purged within 30 days (excluding the reservation records above).
  • Trip GPS telemetry: 30 days post-trip.
  • Marketing communications opt-in: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Regardless of where you reside, you may exercise the following rights by emailing admin@motorcade19llc.com from the address associated with your account:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: request that we update inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: request that we delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to specific processing activities, including marketing.

We respond within 30 days. To verify identity, we may ask you to confirm details from your reservation history.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Motorcade19 does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights by emailing the address above.

Cookies and analytics

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and reservation state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Server logs may record IP, user-agent, and request paths for security and debugging; these logs are retained 90 days.

Breach notification

If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of confirming the scope, and will report to applicable regulators as required by law.
